11/28/2023 - Comments: Is this area in the playground? Very interesting question. Flooding can sometimes be prevented, but a lot of times it cannot and the response/mitigation is what maybe good to explore when flooding cannot be prevented.

Sometimes, I wonder what I do to mitigate climate change within my household makes a difference?
