01/05/2022 - Comments: I wonder if water has to be agitated for kelp and alaria to grow. I lived in southern Japan for 5 years and used kelp and alaria for making soups all the time. These are staple ingredients for the Japanese diet. I think it's very interesting that these products are becoming more popular here in Maine.
