I like the measurability, achievability, and relevance of the question. Could you be more specific about the types of animals you'd be looking at? Also, when will you be performing the measurements, both time of day and time of year, since both of those could be related to what you find? And what about your measurements will allow you to comment on the "why" of your species diversity between the two locations?
